I have always felt that special objects find their way to the people who will love them. That’s exactly how I came about our sweet vintage Eeyore, who is indeed a loveable stuffed animal. I discovered Eeyore at a local antique market on a Sunday afternoon. While we were not there to buy, I decided to take a closer look. Eeyore was perfect – pristine actually, with both his original tags intact. An original 1964 Walt Disney Co. product, licensed through J. Swedlin Inc. and manufactured by Gund. The seller’s asking price? Twenty dollars! Eeyore was coming home with us.
