Our three night Bahamian cruise had two ports of call. Nassau was the first, followed the next morning by Disney’s private island Castaway Cay – a paradise of golden sand and turquoise water. My husband and I spent the entire day there relaxing at Serenity Bay.
After sunbathing, walking the ocean’s shore and enjoying a picnic lunch of BBQ Chicken, fresh Coleslaw, Greek Salad and Banana Ice Cream for dessert, we picked up our bicycle rentals to explore the trails.
Cycling the island is always a highlight and it’s fun to greet other families along the way. The island trails are so wonderfully peaceful – the only sounds are the birds in the brush and the wind as you ride.
