ACQUA FRESCA INSPIRED BY VIA NAPOLI AT EPCOT

Inspired by the Acqua Fresca served at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria at Epcot, I thought I’d try to recreate this perfect summer beverage at home.  The drink consists of simple ingredients that combine in a smooth and refreshing way.

To fix a delicious Acqua Fresca – or two:

Squeeze the juice of one organic orange, then divide between two glasses. Add ice cubes and top with fruit puree of choice. I used Happy Planet Organic Mango Peach which includes the fruit purees of organic mango, peach and banana. Add a splash of spring water and garnish with an orange slice and fancy straw. This drink is light, refreshing and delicious. My husband loved it.
